1. Non-Refundable Booking
Tickets once booked are non-refundable.
2. Transport Adjustment
Transportation between Mao and Senapati may be adjusted using available public transport if required due to operational reasons.
3. Luggage Policy
Each passenger is allowed up to 10 kg of luggage. Any luggage exceeding this limit will be charged at courier rates (₹30 per kg).
4. Seat Confirmation
Seats will be confirmed only after payment has been verified and approved by the admin.
5. Passenger Responsibility
Passengers must provide accurate contact information while booking to receive booking confirmation and travel updates.
6. Arrival Time
Passengers are advised to arrive at the pickup point at least 10 minutes before the scheduled departure time. The service provider will not be responsible if a passenger misses the ride due to late arrival.
7. Service Changes
The operator reserves the right to change vehicle type, departure time, or route in case of operational requirements, weather conditions, or safety concerns.
